Intention Forms
Here a three forms to help you make your giving decision:
Intentions Form. Please fill out at least the first form, indicating your financial intentions for St Timothy's for the year to come. This form should be handed into the office in a sealed envelope marked "Envelope Secretary" and will be seen only by the Envelope Secretary, who will pass the collective data for our parish to the Wardens and Finance Committee so that they can plan the budget for the year.
Preauthorized form for Visa. Please fill out this form if you would like to make your donations through your Visa account. This form should be handed into the office in a sealed envelope marked "Envelope Secretary". If you already contribute with your Visa account, use this form only if you wish to change the amount you give, or the frequency (quarterly, annually or monthly).
Preauthorized form for a chequing account. Please fill out this form if you would like to make your donations through your chequing account. This form should be handed into the office in a sealed envelope marked "Envelope Secretary". If you already contribute with your chequing account, use this form only if you wish to change the amount you give, or the frequency (monthly, or twice monthly).
